Services

Sintra WOW provides luxury accommodations, dining, and experiences. Our offerings are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will not be refunded.

 

User Responsibilities

As our guest, you agree to treat our properties and staff with respect. Any damage to our properties or harm to our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and properties, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sintra WOW and is protected by international copyright laws.

SINTRA WOW LOCATION RENTAL AGREEMENT This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the guest ("Guest") and the Sintra WOW Location ("Host"). By booking a stay at the Sintra WOW Location, the Guest agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 1. Booking and Payment: Upon confirmation of the booking, all fees become non-refundable, except under certain conditions as defined by the Host. The Guest agrees to pay all fees, charges, and taxes associated with the booking. 2. Use of Property: The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and restrictions regarding the use of the property, including but not limited to, the number of guests, noise levels, and activities. The Guest is responsible for maintaining the condition of the property and may be charged for any damages or extra cleaning required. 3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications: Any changes to the booking must be approved by the Host and may incur additional fees. The Host reserves the right to cancel the booking under certain conditions, as defined by the Host. 4. Damages: The Guest is responsible for any damages to the property and agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements required. The Guest's payment method will be charged for any such damages. 5. Liability: The Host is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Guest during their stay. The Host is not responsible for any personal belongings left at the property. 6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration or another form of alternative dispute resolution. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. 7. Termination: The Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and evict the Guest if they breach any of the terms of this Agreement. 8. Indemnification: The Guest agrees to indemnify the Host against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their use of the property. 9. Security Cameras: Guests acknowledge and agree that the property is equipped with security cameras in all public areas. These cameras are used for the safety and security of both the property and its guests. The footage from these cameras may be used in court or in any other situation where proof of a guest's actions is required. By agreeing to these terms, guests give their consent to be recorded when in the public areas of the property. 10. Cleanliness and Organization: Guests are required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public areas of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Any mess or disorder caused by a guest must be cleaned up immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees or, in severe cases, eviction from the property. 11. Behavior and Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Any guest who is found to be intoxicated, causing damage to the property, invading the privacy of others, or not following the main rules of the Sintra WOW Location may be expelled from the property immediately. No refunds will be given in such cases, and the guest may be held liable for any damages caused. This Agreement is binding upon the Guest and all members of the Guest's party. By making a booking, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
